It's merely a temporary alliance, so that they can stop the Mestizo Organization from resurrecting their leader. It's very complicated, but Stephen can explain all the details to you. In fact, he created an announcement of the event. Anyway, Arrancar and Shinigami will be enemies again after all of this is over. However, I think that there will be a grace period.

To be honest, I'm not with all the Spanish terms (even though i speak spanish) im used to the terms in the dub bleach. And I have not seen many bleach episodes but i still do like the show.
